These Chocolate Cupcakes were for my mother-in-laws birthday. The "D's" were for her name, Debbie, I had pink roses, polka dots and coupons. The coupons are a little inside joke.. but they are so adorable.. I actually used a different creamy frosting for the top and added fondant pieces over them. Everything is edible too! These were fun to make!
