This was a request upon my brother for my sister in law's birthday. She loves Golden Retrievers!! This was a yellow cake with buttercream icing with strawberries and the body was all cake and the legs. The head was carved out of styrofoam and then covered with fondat. I added a sunflower charm and edible pearl beads around the collar. I also added pink daisies around the board. This was a fun cake to make.. and the puppy was a little chubby.. but I didnt want to carve too much cake off.. so.. its cute though !!
