Easter Goodies <3

I had extra batter left over from previous cake, I made 8 cupcakes (Carter ate one already) and a batch of shortbread cookies for Easter. I was basically baking all Satuday, the day before Easter. I had Chocolate cupcakes with "egg yellow" colored vanilla buttercream frosting and accented with a hot pink sugar flower I had extra also. I also had made these delicious shortbread cookies with fondant, royal icing and edible luster shimmer dust. They were so much fun to make.. they were a big hit too at my moms. I put each individual cookie in its own little bag, accented with a colored ribbon. Next time I'm making two batches!! <3
